1. Rental Agreement

By completing a booking through Easy Rent A Car, you agree to these terms and enter a binding rental agreement. The renter must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver's license.

2. Insurance

All rentals include mandatory insurance at $19.80/day ($9.90 vehicle coverage + $9.90 third-party liability). This coverage is non-waivable and non-refundable.

3. Mileage

All rentals include unlimited mileage at no additional charge. There are no mileage caps or overage fees.

4. Security Deposit

Easy Rent A Car does not require a security deposit. Full payment is collected at time of booking.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 72 or more hours before the pickup date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of pickup are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.

6. Vehicle Condition

Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received. The renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period not covered by the included insurance.

7. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. A refueling fee applies if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

8. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Square. Easy Rent A Car does not store credit card information.

9. Modifications

Easy Rent A Car reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
